Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using NeuroRinok. These terms govern your use of our AI prompt marketplace and constitute a legally binding agreement between you and NeuroRinok.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account or using NeuroRinok in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
2. Platform Description
NeuroRinok is a marketplace for buying and selling AI prompts for models including but not limited to ChatGPT, Midjourney, DALL·E, Stable Diffusion, Claude, and others. NeuroRinok acts as an intermediary between buyers and sellers. We do not create or own the prompts listed on the platform. All content is provided by independent sellers.
3. Account Registration
To buy or sell prompts you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for: • Maintaining the security of your account credentials • All activity that occurs under your account • Ensuring the information you provide is accurate and up to date You must be at least 18 years old to use NeuroRinok. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
4. Seller Rules
As a seller on NeuroRinok, you agree to: • Only list prompts that you have the right to sell • Provide accurate descriptions and category classifications • Not use misleading titles, thumbnails, or descriptions • Not list prompts that violate any third-party intellectual property rights • Not sell prompts that generate harmful, illegal, or explicit content NeuroRinok reserves the right to remove any listing and suspend any seller account that violates these rules without prior notice.
5. Prohibited Content
The following types of prompts are strictly prohibited: • Prompts designed to generate CSAM or sexual content involving minors • Prompts for creating malware, phishing, or cyberattacks • Prompts that promote violence, terrorism, or hate speech • Prompts that infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or other IP rights • Prompts for generating deepfakes of real people without consent • Spam, duplicate, or low-quality placeholder listings Violations may result in immediate account termination and, where required by law, reporting to authorities.
6. Commission & Payments
NeuroRinok charges a 20% commission on all sales made through the marketplace. Sellers receive 80% of the listed price. For sales made through direct affiliate links, the commission rate may be 0% — see Affiliate Program terms. Payouts are processed manually upon seller request, with a minimum withdrawal amount of 500 ₽. Payments are made via the payment method specified in the seller's payout settings.
7. Buyer Rights & Refunds
All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of prompts, we do not offer refunds once a prompt has been delivered to the buyer. Exceptions are made in cases of: • The delivered prompt is substantially different from the description • Technical failure preventing access to purchased content • Fraudulent listing confirmed by moderation Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase via the support form.
8. Intellectual Property
Sellers retain all intellectual property rights to the prompts they list. By listing on NeuroRinok, sellers grant the platform a non-exclusive licence to display and promote the listing. Buyers receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use purchased prompts. Reselling, redistributing, or sublicensing purchased prompts is prohibited unless explicitly stated by the seller. NeuroRinok respects intellectual property rights. 9. DRM & Anti-Piracy
NeuroRinok uses technical protection measures to prevent unauthorised distribution of purchased prompts, including: • Encrypted prompt delivery • Per-user access tokens • Dynamic watermarking • Usage monitoring Attempting to circumvent these protections, share access tokens, or redistribute purchased content is a violation of these terms and may result in account termination and legal action.
10. Limitation of Liability
NeuroRinok is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for: • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages • Loss of revenue or profits resulting from use of the platform • Accuracy or quality of prompts sold by third-party sellers • Downtime, data loss, or service interruptions Our total liability in any matter arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to NeuroRinok in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Russian Federation. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
